These days the Naamsmaran of Sai Baba is going great. It happens while i go to sleep. The motor of Sai Baba name spins fasts creating positive energy throughout body and mind. It happens when i sit in front of Sai Baba's picture in home temple. This time the energy or grace just takes over. Very difficult to explain it. While taking bath, while sitting or cooking. Or even while watching a TV.
